Autumn Yoga Retreat

In the Yoga Retreat we practice Yoga twice a day and the Yoga philosophy will be introduced to you in short theory blocks.
The Nutritionist leads us with much love into the Vegan Nutrition and shows us what is important and many tips and tricks - of course including all recipes to be able to cook the delicacies at home.
There is also plenty of time for you to withdraw, read a book or sunbathe. Simply enjoy!
